About the role of a Senior Sales Executive:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be focusing on building new relationships with clients. You will need to become an expert in your field and become part of the community you serve. As an employee you will be required to buy into the vision of the company, be willing to go the extra mile for your clients and provide awesome customer service.

You should be able to demonstrate competency in the below key areas, it is not essential to meet all requirements, but priority will be given to applications that satisfy most:-

  • Experienced in selling content solutions/events (ideally) into the pharmaceutical market.
  • Proven at hunting out new business.
  • Used to working under KPI’s to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
  • Able to identify challenges your prospects are facing and be able to turn these into opportunities.
  • Possess a track record of achieving and overachieving sales targets.
  • Able to work with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Trained in consultative sales techniques.
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude.
